Dr. Souzan Ardalan completed her undergraduate studies at the Cal-Poly University in Chemical science, with a Minor in Physics. She then attended the USC School of Dentistry and Graduated in 1992. Dr. Ardalan was a recipient of Dean’s Honor’s List at USC.
In 1999, Dr. Ardalan was handpicked by an executive team of the largest DHMO in California to remediate an underperforming operation. She was assigned as the principal in establishing Policies and Procedures and Quality Management infrastructures for that operation.
In 2004, Dr. Ardalan was the principal author of group EOCs for DHMOs in the state of California. The Document was approved by the California Department of Managed Health Care (DMHC) and adopted as the guideline for all DHMOs in the state.
Subsequently, Dr. Souzan Ardalan redirected her focus to one-on-one patient care in a family-oriented private practice setting. She considers her office “home” and her patients as her extended family. She has intimate knowledge of the oral health status of generations of patients she has treated.
